Contact
The way to reach Real Gameplay is email at desk@realgameplay.uk. We read every message and reply to most within a few working days. There is no phone line and no live chat, because a desk that answers calls is a desk not checking terms, registers and paytables, and the checking is the product. Write from any address you like; we do not need an account number, and we will never ask for one.
What email is good for
Corrections top the list: if a figure, a rule or a worked example on any page is wrong, send the page name and what you found, and we will check it against the source and republish. Licence register failures come second: when a lookup against a regulator’s public register fails for a brand on our board, that report is the most useful mail we can receive. Score challenges are welcome too, meaning disputes about how we ranked a site, along with method questions and pitches from writers who have read the site.
What email cannot do
Account problems, withdrawals, verification and bonus disputes are beyond us entirely: we do not operate any casino, so we cannot see a balance, release funds or overturn a decision. Take those matters to the operator’s support team first, and to its regulator if support stalls. Our licence reports say which regulator covers each brand and what that register can and cannot do for you, because the honest answer for most offshore brands is that the route is slower and weaker than a UK one.
If gambling is the reason you are writing
Skip us and use the helpline link in the footer instead. It is free, confidential and open every hour of the year, and the person who answers has no product to promote and no stake in what you do next. Our inbox is read by people who write about gambling for a living; the helpline is staffed by people trained for the conversation you would be starting. Mail can wait a few days; that call should not wait at all.
